Our Services
We provide landscaping and outdoor services including landscape design, lawn care, garden maintenance, planting, hardscaping, seasonal cleanups, and other services agreed upon with the client. The exact work included in each project will be outlined in the estimate, proposal, or service agreement.
Estimates & Quotes
We provide estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting. The final price may change if the scope of work changes, additional work is requested, or unexpected site conditions are discovered. Any significant additional work will be discussed with the client before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Booking & Scheduling
Project dates and service times are estimates and may be affected by weather, site conditions, material availability, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any schedule changes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and informing us about relevant property conditions, underground utilities, irrigation systems, property restrictions, or other information that may affect the work.
Payments
Payment terms will be provided in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Deposits or progress payments may be required for certain projects. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the type and stage of the project. Any applicable cancellation fees, deposits, or material costs will be outlined in the applicable agreement or estimate.
Damage & Liability
We take reasonable care to protect your property while performing our services. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions, pre-existing damage, inaccurate information provided by the client, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable Ontario law.
Contractors & Suppliers
Certain materials or specialized services may be provided by third-party suppliers or contractors. Where applicable, their work or products may be subject to their own terms, warranties, and conditions.
Termination
Either party may end a service arrangement where permitted by the applicable agreement and law. The client remains responsible for approved work completed, materials purchased, and other applicable charges incurred before termination.
Privacy
We may collect and use information necessary to provide estimates, communicate with clients, schedule services, process payments, and manage projects. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy practices.
